Prior to training with my PT, I genuinely believed I had exercising and dieting all figured out. I would think a workout wasn't effective unless I killed myself in the gym; I restricted carbs & fats; I would intermittent fast for most of the day...I put in the (wrong) work and didn't understand why I wasn't seeing corresponding results. And then I was introduced to FMF and started a new journey with my coach. Within 5 months, I have a whole new body! Approaching now almost 10 kgs down, I have unlocked the right way to look at food and exercise...and it's not hard!
When I first started training with FMF, I was struggling with high fasting glucose levels, sciatica and a neck disc.
All of the above subsided 3 months into the training. Not only did my coaches expertise and guidance help me shred the extra weight in a record time and achieve my fitness goals, but he also helped me build the healthiest relationship I have ever had with food.

I’ve always been skeptical about strength training thinking it is not for me and resorted to the workouts I know and am used to. It wasn’t until I delivered my second baby that I decided I needed a change - and thanks to friend’s recommendation I started with FMF and seriously it has been the best decision of my life.
